Residhome Val D'Europe - Montevrain

Overall it was comfy for access to the wardrobe. A microwave oven, a refrigerator and kitchenware were a plus. This hotel was set in a central area just off train station, Val d'europe and Disney, the center of Paris and large shopping...

the room in general and the facilities inside were poor. no shuttle to disneyland as written on the website.

Good location, very near train station and shopping mall, few family restaurants, one train stop to Disneyland, half hour train journey to Paris, hotel room basic comfort, very compact, good variety and...

Cramped space for 3 adults and 2 babies Expensive compared to other options in the area

The proximity to Disneyland was fantastic, allowing quick returns for naps. However, the check-in service was slow and the staff seemed unapproachable at times.

With family of 5 stayed at one of the appartments. Rooms are clean, but small for 5. Location is perfect for visit to Eurodisney. Trainstation 50 mtr from hotel, and after 3 minutes you are in the hart of Eurodisney. At night plenty...  

Unbeatable and brilliant position, we enjoyed staying here.

The staff were knowledgeable, the room was cheap with a comfy bed.

Well-stocked kitchenette made meal prep easy.

Air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately.

Location for Disneyland Paris was great - just one stop down the RER, plus walking distance to the Val d'Europe shopping centre. The shower fitting was broken on arrival, but it was repaired the next day after mentioning it....  

Great location for Eurodisney and shopping located in a small suburb one station far from Disney.. Helpfull staff. Breakfast was more than expected...

Real problem due to no cleaning facilities. No choice for dinner or lunch...

I found the rooms too small, and not well equipped. No dish clothes, no soap for dishes, dishes not clean from previous users. I thought sofa and chairs were cheaply covered, not nice. Bathtub drain not working properly, one window not working properly when I complained, the staff not very effective. Would definately not recommend hotel

As a family with 3 small children we struggle to find reasonably priced accommodation where we can all stay together without taking two rooms. The apartment was perfect for us, it was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet...  

The location is perfect for venturing to EuroDisney. Next to the train station, one stop from EuroDisney.

The fact that the hotel advertise about their Free WiFi but non is available throughout our three nights stay. They did say that the problem was due to the internet service provider and was affecting the whole city.

The location the the subway system could not be better. One stop from Disney

For a four star hotel it really felt more like a two or three. Toilet was broken and so was the shower. Still a good value for the money

100% recommend for a weekend outing

Spacious room, friendly staff, complete amenities make this a perfect place to unwind after a long day at Disneyland, with easy access to the RER A train which is just outside the hotel providing a quick ride to Paris....
